His show is known for insights on neuroplasticity, brain development, and a range of topics on physiology, from sleep and substance abuse to supplemental effects on the autonomic nervous system.

Over the last 10 years, he, and his team, have pioneered their own research via Stanford. They have some notable contributions to publications across the field. Beyond his prestigious accolades, Andrew’s a highly likable guy. He’s an amalgam of academia, masculinity, and wholeheartedness. I respect him a ton — which is why I put him #1 on this.
