Everyone places a unique value on quality. As a salesperson, it’s crucial to understand your customers; an adaptive approach should be applied.

Talk to your clients. Try to understand them and their preferences. Ask questions and listen.

To me, quality holds weight. I purchased a pair of Beats earbuds three years ago and I continue to use them to this day. Sure, at the time they were pricey (over $100). But, I’ve gotten consistent, high-quality use out of them for years.

Quality can be a hot selling point. It depends on who you’re talkin’ to.
