Hey Trevor, have you ever considered a pre-workout supplement?
I know what you’re feeling about the gym. Sometimes when there’s a lot going on, it can feeling incredibly difficult to make time for the gym. It’s hard to get in that mindset.
For me, I use a pre-workout that helps me get into that headspace, focus, and motivates me to work hard in the gym.
