Wow, that title seems imposing and generic. Today, I️ learned I️ need to make better headlines, so there you go. Although it’s a big subject to tackle, I️ am confident incorporating one strategy will instantly improve your progress:

Learn something new everyday.

(Sigh) You’ve heard that before. It sounds nice, I️ know. You probably don’t fully understand why it’s so crucial. That leads me to say this: You don’t know, what you don’t know. You aren’t aware of the things you need to know to be successful. You first need to be aware of the knowledge you lack in order to achieve it.

Apply this “continuous improvement” tactic to whatever you strive to do. Learn something about your craft everyday (or week, at least).

An hour makes a difference

I️ just finished Tom Kuegler ‘s webinar about writing on Medium. My goal? Improve my performance. The solution? Learn. It’s simple. It cost me nothing but time and now, I️ understand instantly how to enhance my progress down the line.

Seek out these opportunities. Go online. Reach out to an expert. Read. Interact with others. Do things that will project you to where you want to be. Odds are, that info will lead you to another piece of info. That info may lead you to a website or to a person that can help you further and so on.

Turn it into something

We all dream. We all have thoughts and aspirations for the future. Do something about it.

I’m writing on Medium for 30 days straight. This is day 5.
