It would be a huge bummer being that sensitive. I can’t imagine getting thrown off my game by the simplest things like that.
You mentioned if you have high anxiousness and sensitivity, you should avoid situations and essentially run from what sets those feelings in motion..
This is pretty much terrible advice Jason (in my opinion, at least!!!)
By avoiding the triggers, you avoid the root of the problem and, in essence, you never address or get to the bottom of the insecurity, low self-esteem, and soft will-power.
You actually give more power to something when you let it dictate your behavior.
