Somewhere along the line we learned breakfast is so important! But our bodies expend energy to digest food, which can chip away at our focus and physical vigor in the am.

I find my greatest workouts come in the morning after a VERY light breakfast. Like 100 calories of oats and a banana.

This was such a thorough, well written story! Thanks for writing.
