To wake up early, you have to decide the night before. For me, this means writing down a SUPER simple "to-do-list" before I go to bed. Usually looks like this:
- Wake @ 6:45 am
- Coffee
- Read for 15 mins
- Meditate for 10 mins
- Write for 35 mins
I call it a Power Hour.
The key is to write your wake up time and have some things to tend to. If you're a conscientious person, that'll motivate you to get up in the morning. It's been so helpful for me. I plan to write a story about this process in more detail soon!
