You’re a man of true words. Mindset is everything, but it’s harder than it sounds. You can’t just “think good thoughts.” It doesn’t work like that.
I find that when I’m hard on myself or allow negative voices in my head, there’s an underlying reason why that’s occurring.
We gotta dig deep — we have to be honest and open about why we feel shitty or incapable. Address and put those things in new light and you’re one step closer to that powerful mindset you talked about.
